Order Cancellations

Orders are shipped almost immediately from our warehouse. If you would like to cancel your order, we have most likely already shipped it.

Please contact [email protected] to cancel your order and we can check the status of your order. If the package has already been shipped, you can return the garment once you receive it. In order to ship as quickly as possible, we usually process most cancellations as quickly as possible.

Returns

Online Retail Web Orders:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund the full amount of the returned merchandise.

You may return your purchase within 30 days of the order date.
The item must be returned in its original condition. It is your responsibility to ship the garment back to our warehouse.
Please be sure to return your shipment to the warehouse address on the original packaging.
We recommend that you use Fed Ex or UPS with tracking to monitor the status of your return.
Once our warehouse staff receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card for the refund amount. Please note that some credit cards may take an additional 2-10 business days to credit your account for your refund amount.
The original shipping fee will not be refunded.

Our AREWX20PNT Women’s California Wave Wash Pant is super soft, casual, and extremely comfortable. The unique fabric is garment washed to bring you a one of a kind look, feel, and color tone. We use premium ring-spun cotton to achieve a smooth and stable fabric surface for printing. With a beautiful color palette and soft hand feel makes this style a standout at retail. Completed with our quality construction, elastic waistband with shoestring drawcord, sewn eyelets, jersey lined hand pockets, and 1×1 ribbing at ankle cuffs in a standard fit.

When printing on our Camo Colorways it is important that the garment DOES NOT reach 320 Degrees when flashing or drying.
- Wave Wash Camo Colorways are a Water Based Print on a Cotton/Polyester Blend fabric surface.
- At 320 degrees you risk ink migration to your print.
- To be really safe some printers use a Poly Blocker base, and low temperature curing inks to stay away from 320 degrees. 300 degrees or lower is a safer temperature to avoid ink migration problems.
