Unless otherwise stated, Shaenre LLC. uses FedEx Ground for “Standard Shipping” for all online orders.

All International Web Sales, using China Post for all online orders, must have matching billing and shipping addresses or the order cannot be processed.

International Orders Only: Customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the recipient’s country.

Order Processing Time: 1-5 Business Days
Shipping Time: 2-10 Business Days
Total Domestic Standard Ground Delivery: 10-15 Business Days
Total International Order Delivery: 15-25 Business Days

Days are calculated as business days, Monday through Friday, excluding US Federal Holidays.

Order Cancellations

Orders are shipped almost immediately from our warehouse. If you would like to cancel your order, we have most likely already shipped it.

Please contact [email protected] to cancel your order and we can check the status of your order. If the package has already been shipped, you can return the garment once you receive it. In order to ship as quickly as possible, we usually process most cancellations as quickly as possible.

Returns

Online Retail Web Orders:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund the full amount of the returned merchandise.

1. You may return your purchase within 30 days of the order date.
2. The item must be returned in its original condition. It is your responsibility to ship the garment back to our warehouse.
3. Please be sure to return your shipment to the warehouse address on the original packaging.
4. We recommend that you use Fed Ex or UPS with tracking to monitor the status of your return.
5. Once our warehouse staff receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card for the refund amount. Please note that some credit cards may take an additional 2-10 business days to credit your account for your refund amount.
   The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
