Order Cancellations

Orders are shipped almost immediately from our warehouse. If you would like to cancel your order, we have most likely already shipped it.

Please contact [email protected] to cancel your order and we can check the status of your order. If the package has already been shipped, you can return the garment once you receive it. In order to ship as quickly as possible, we usually process most cancellations as quickly as possible.

Returns

Online Retail Web Orders:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund the full amount of the returned merchandise.

You may return your purchase within 30 days of the order date.
The item must be returned in its original condition. It is your responsibility to ship the garment back to our warehouse.
Please be sure to return your shipment to the warehouse address on the original packaging.
We recommend that you use Fed Ex or UPS with tracking to monitor the status of your return.
Once our warehouse staff receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card for the refund amount. Please note that some credit cards may take an additional 2-10 business days to credit your account for your refund amount.
The original shipping fee will not be refunded.

Contrast is a key feature on our Unisex Fitted Zip Hoodie with its white zipper and drawcord. We use premium ring-spun cotton to achieve a smooth and stable fabric surface for printing. It is finished with our quality construction, white #5 kissing coil zipper, white plastic tipped round drawcord, nickel zipper pull, nickel eyelets, and 1×1 ribbing at cuffs, waistband and pocket openings.

Our Unisex fit will feel like a slimmer fit for men, and a standard/slightly oversized fit for women.

- Solid Colors & Camo : 80% Cotton/20% Polyester with 100% cotton 40 singles face yarn for supreme printability and softness

Please note:
The heather colors are not made of 100% cotton face yarn. Please do your own testing prior to screen printing.

When printing on our Camo Colorways it is important that the garment DOES NOT reach 320 Degrees when flashing or drying.
- Our Camo Colorways are a Water Based Print on 100% cotton fabric surface.
- At 320 degrees you risk ink migration to your print.
- To be safe you must use a Poly Blocker base, and a low cure ink. Cure at around 300 degrees.
